FTP VIP Program

In the first article I wrote, I suggested that several people take the time to clear their bonuses playing Rush Poker because they can clear up to four times faster. Thinking about it in the same way, playing Rush Poker Holdem or Omaha is a great way to get the most out of the rewards program at Full Tilt. When you play poker for real money, you receive points, and it’s possible to earn these points even faster by playing at special tables during certain hours. You can also show what you’re made of by participating in the Iron Man Challenge.

To encourage people to make a Full Tilt Poker download, the site rewards its players with Full Tilt Points when real money games are played. In cash games, the players at a table get one Point for every $1 of rake paid in a given hand. For instance, if you were to receive cards in a hand and the rake ended up as $2.25, you would obtain 2.25 Points. The maximum Points that can be earned per hand is three. If you play tournaments, you obtain seven Full Tilt Points for every $1 in tournament fees that you pay. For example, if you participated in a $200+$16 tournament, you would obtain 112 Full Tilt Points. You can see your point total by clicking the cashier button in the lobby.

Maybe you’ve already played tons of Rush Poker Omaha and you’ve earned a bunch of Points. Now what? Now you can go on a shopping spree at the Full Tilt Store and buy anything you choose! The store contains a variety of items including Full Tilt apparel such as hats and outerwear, electronics such as iPods and sound systems, and luxury items such as cars and bikes. You can buy a variety of poker items such as bar stools, you can become a better player by buying a subscription to CardRunners, or you can choose from a bunch of random items such as umbrellas or sunglasses. If you don’t want to buy anything from the store, you can also use the Points to play special MTT poker and get into some big buy-in tournaments.

If you’d like to accumulate even more Points, play on tables marked with the Happy Hour smiley face during the special Happy Hour times. If you play at these tables, you will earn two or even three times more Points than during regular hours. Happy Hour is different every day, so be sure to keep your eye on the lobby each day to find out when you can participate in the next Happy Hour.

If you’re a daily grinder on money poker sites, you might be interested in the Iron Man Challenge. If you earn a number of Points for most days in a month, you are rewarded with medals. For instance, getting 50 Points for 20 days or 100 Points for 15 days in a month would earn you bronze medal status. You should strive to receive Iron Man medals, and these are given when you receive 200 Points for 25 days out of the month. There are four statuses, and reaching a status for many months in a row causes you to receive even more medals. You can spend these medals on even better items in the Iron Man Challenge Store. You can also participate in a special freeroll where the grand prize is a $50k or $100k heads-up match with a pro! If you play an even larger number of poker hands, you can become an Iron Man Plus if you can earn 500 Points per day.

These days, almost every site has a VIP program in order to tempt you to commit to one site. With freerolls, bonuses, and a great merchandise store, Full Tilt makes you want to forget you ever heard about the PokerStars Big Game. It’s true that maintaining the Iron Man status is a hard thing to do, but the bonuses will make you glad you went the extra mile.
